Focusing on optimizing processes, reporting, and systems to enhance decision-making. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical fluency, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and tools.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>The Business Analyst/Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, sales, finance, and IT—to understand business needs, identify process improvements, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions. This role involves analyzing data, designing reports and dashboards using SQL (preferably in a DB2 environment), and supporting system integrations using JavaScript or JSON.
