From<strong> day one</strong>, you will have access to:</p><ul><li>Affordable medical, dental, and vision plans for both full-time and part-time employees and their families.</li><li>Generous paid time off that accrues over time.</li><li>Opportunities for tuition reimbursement and continuous education.</li><li>Company-matching 401(k) and employee stock purchase plans.</li><li>Flexible spending and health savings accounts.</li><li>A vibrant community of individuals passionate about the work they do!</li></ul><p><strong>Be the Infection Preventionist / Employee Health Coordinator you always wanted to be</strong></p><ul><li>Direct the managerial functions of our Infection Control Program.</li><li>Assure compliance with CMS, TJC, CDC, OSHA, and other federal and state standards and guidelines.</li><li>Analyze hospital infection data to identify trends, clusters, risk factors and variances.</li><li>Manage hospital policies consistent with applicable infection control guidelines and standards.</li><li>Perform surveillance, analysis, and reporting of hospital-acquired infections.</li><li>Maintains all appropriate employee health records and develops policies.</li><li>Conducts in-service programs related to employee wellness.</li><li>Manages new hire employee health process.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>License or Certification:<ul><li>CPR certification (ACLS preferred); Basic Life Support (CPR) instructor certification preferred.</li><li>Current license or certification applicable to health-related field.</li></ul></li><li>Education and Experience:<ul><li>Completed post-secondary education in a health-related field including but not limited to medicine, nursing, laboratory technology, public health, or biology.</li></ul></li><li>Demonstrated knowledge or job experience in Workers’ Compensation law and OSHA regulations.</li><li>Training in infection control and/or epidemiology.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.</li><li>Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) preferred.</li><li>1 year experience in a clinical setting in field of practice.</li><li>If Registered Nurse, CRRN certification preferred.</li><li>Experience in hospital infection control practice preferred.</li></ul></div>",
