This position focuses on vendor management, sourcing execution, acquisition support, and policy compliance. Together, we will continue to raise our levels of employee engagement.</p>\n<h4><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and onboard vendors, ensuring strong relationships and performance.</li>\n <li>Execute sourcing activities, including RFQs and negotiations for mid-range procurement events.</li>\n <li>Support acquisitions with quotes, budgets, and contract coordination.</li>\n <li>Deliver training on procurement processes and enforce policy compliance.</li>\n <li>Assist with local contract management, including analysis, drafting, and scheduling agreements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h4>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management (real estate, facilities, or construction preferred).</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of RFQ processes and eSourcing tools.</li>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities across regional teams.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with procurement compliance and contract coordination.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p>\n<p>At CAPREIT, we reward all permanent full-time employees:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Base Salary starting betwen $47,000 - $57,000</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation</li>\n <li>Flexible Health, Dental & Vision Benefits </li>\n <li>Employee Savings Plan</li>\n <li>Employee & Family Assistance Plan</li>\n <li>Learning & Professional Development</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your opportunity to build an exciting career!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
