Description

Key Responsibilities Mechanical design of components including supports, interfaces, attachments, brackets, and related hardware. Develop, review, and continuously improve AIT procedures, work instructions, and test scripts, ensuring they accurately reflect the current design and incorporate lessons learned from previous integration campaigns Execute and oversee mechanical integration activities including structural assembly, subsystem installation, harness routing, and fluid system connections, working to drawings and torque specifications Plan and conduct functional and systems-level testing at each stage of integration  Apply and follow Quality Management System (QMS) workflows and documentation processes. Maintain comprehensive AIT records including build logs, test data sheets, non-conformance reports, and photographic evidence, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready and supports flight certification Identify and manage integration issues and non-conformance and related corrective actions implementation Support the planning and execution of launch campaign preparations Basic Qualification Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable  3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on aerospace applications. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, CATIA, SolidWorks)  Experience developing or executing AIT procedures in aerospace or high-reliability industries. Familiarity with configuration management principles and the discipline to maintain accurate and complete build and test records throughout an integration campaign Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
