This includes data correction, data extractions and data loading at all times and ensuring that all the necessary action is taken to resolve a customer reported technical issues/requests.</p> \n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical tasks on new implementation like configuration, data loading, branding changes etc</li>\n <li>Investigate technical Issues</li>\n <li>Manage the resolution process for customers relating to data and applications for a particular Module</li>\n <li>Track the technical issues and proactively emails/updating team with a status update or resolution mail</li>\n <li>Accept additional projects or areas of responsibility that will improve the team's performance</li>\n <li>Proactively contribute to the Technical Consultants team and the achievement of its goals.</li>\n <li>Participate in Product Reviews and provide inputs for Improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills and Experience</h2>\n<p>Skills & Qualification</p>\n<ul>\n <li>SQL Server, SSIS  and PowerBI  with 3 years industry experience</li>\n <li>Excellent Communication, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Logical Thinking, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking etc</li>\n <li>BTech, MCA or MSc. In computers would be desirable</li>\n <li>MongoDB knowledge added advantage</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Detail orientated with sound information of Problem-Solving skills</li>\n <li>Experience in customer technical service or working knowledge in SQL server</li>\n <li>The ability to learn and become experts in EHS Module/Product and develop a sound technical understanding</li>\n <li>Willingness to undertake additional projects and responsibilities from time to time</li>\n <li>Flexibility with work times</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Ideagen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Ideagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
