They ensure exceptional creative is completed on time and on budget.&#xa0;</p><p>Each role on the project management team is critical to the team and agency’s success.</p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Own delivery of all Career Website (CWS) projects from kickoff through launch across platforms such as Workday, Paradox, Phenom, iCIMS, and custom builds&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Map and manage all tasks&#xa0;required&#xa0;for successful project delivery across creative, development, client service, and partner teams&#xa0;</li><li>Liaise with the resource coordinator, creative and account teams to deliver projects according to deadlines&#xa0;</li><li>Serve as&#xa0;client contact in&#xa0;close&#xa0;collaboration&#xa0;with&#xa0;the client service&#xa0;and&#xa0;website vendor partner teams&#xa0;</li><li>Lead technical discovery including job feed requirements, search configuration, and data mapping exercises&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Guide job feed integration, validation, and optimization to support a strong candidate experience&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Provide DNS instructions and support domain setup, launches, and troubleshooting&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Manage day-to-day project execution including timelines, scope, and deliverables across multiple active CWS projects&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Oversee and prioritize ongoing CWS maintenance, enhancements, and support requests&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Remain flexible and adjust project plans for a variety of project scopes and processes to meet the needs, goals, and deadlines of assigned projects&#xa0;</li><li>Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high productivity environment, with a sense of urgency&#xa0;</li><li>Flag immediately and appropriately when project needs or openings arise&#xa0;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
