Overview
Our Back of House Team is made up of talented Line Cooks and Prep Cooks who work together seamlessly to create scratch-made dishes in a fast-paced environment. This position supports Firebirds Wood Fired Grill’s Corporate Office Catering Kitchen, producing high-quality food for internal events, meetings, and corporate catering initiatives.
Back of House Team Members work alongside the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to create an extraordinary experience through attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to quality. If you have a passion for food and want to grow your skills in a professional scratch-kitchen environment, we would love to welcome you to the Firebirds family.

· Work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
· Support corporate catering production needs with professionalism and consistency

Working kitchen knowledge (scratch kitchen experience preferred)
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Ability to stand for 8+ hours
Ability to bend, kneel, and frequently lift items up to 35 pounds
Maintain positive working relationships with team members

Must be 18 years or older
