Position open 2pm-1030pm</p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties:</strong></p><p><i>(These statements are intended to describe the essential functions and related requirements of persons assigned to this job.&nbsp; They are not intended as an exhaustive list of all job duties, responsibilities and requirements).</i></p><p><strong>Professional Standards</strong></p><ol><li>Follow manufacturers recommendations and instructions for use with regards to cleaning and sterilization (1 &amp; 4).</li><li>Follow all guidelines for quality assurance monitoring.</li><li>Adhere to evidence-based best practices.</li><li>Monitor and maintain the proper environment in the department including temperature, humidity and traffic control.</li><li>Adhere to proper attire including PPE.</li><li>Acquire and update professional education</li><li>Works closely with surgery for changes in instrument sets and procedures and keeps instrument lists current.</li><li>Provides direction and collaborates with team members to support a healthy work environment.</li><li>Takes responsibility for FTE hours, documentation, and maintaining unit budget.</li></ol>",
