    "description": "<p>International fast-growing IT company<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> StellarTech </span>is looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Backend Lead</span>.<br>You will be responsible for backend engineering within a cross-functional product team, owning technical solutions, contributing to product delivery, and taking responsibility for product outcomes.<br>The role requires strong product development experience, architectural thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-moving environment where AI tools are actively used to improve engineering productivity and development processes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own backend technical direction and architecture for product development.</li>\n<li>Design scalable technical solutions aligned with product and business needs.</li>\n<li>Work as part of a cross-functional product team, shaping solutions together with Product and Engineering.</li>\n<li>Take responsibility for product outcomes, not only backend implementation.</li>\n<li>Lead backend engineering execution, including people management and team organization.</li>\n<li>Carry responsibility for backend services reliability, stability and operational health.</li>\n<li>Improve and evolve engineering practices and development processes.</li>\n<li>Use AI tools in development workflows to improve productivity and engineering efficiency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of backend engineering experience, including 2+ years in Lead/Tech Lead role.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in product development.</li>\n<li>Proven experience working in cross-functional product teams.</li>\n<li>Strong backend engineering experience building production systems (Python/FastAPI preferred).</li>\n<li>Strong architecture and solution design skills.</li>\n<li>Experience designing APIs, integrations and scalable services.</li>\n<li>Experience with modern backend infrastructure (databases (MongoDB), caching, cloud services, deployment tooling).</li>\n<li>Practical experience using AI-assisted or agentic development workflows in real software delivery (for example code generation, context-driven development, AI coding agents, or workflow automation), not only basic chatbot usage.
