The Industrial Electrician is responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have prior electrical experience in an automotive setting, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with career advancement opportunities. </span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summary of Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provide maintenance support to all areas ensuring that both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe and efficient manner</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Improve electrical processes to minimize disruption/downtime of production</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Safely install and maintain electrical machinery and equipment</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems: hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical, drives, bearings, and gears</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Read, interpret, and alter electrical schematics to ease in troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems to ensure proper operation</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement through thorough documentation updates</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Comply with and demonstrate an understanding of mechanical and electrical prints</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>442A or 309A License</span></li>\n<li><span>3 years experience in a manufacturing environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability/certified to operate Aerial Lift</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to learn and retain knowledge regarding Robot programming and PLCs</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Detail-oriented and good manual dexterity in use of mechanical machines and instruments</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Strong problem-solving skills</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral</span><span> </span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to stand for long periods of time/ lift 23 kg (50 lbs)</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Degree or Diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution</span><span> </span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">The pay range for this role is $35.00/hour to $48.00/hour. </span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Emails regarding next steps will come from Bamboo HR - Please Ensure to check your junk mail when applying for jobs</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
