    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>To supervise and monitor the inventory process to maintain adequate levels of stock to meet daily distribution demands while minimizing excess supply</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong> Team Management</strong>-Organizes and staffs the team with adequate resources and talent in order to achieve the desired levels of Organizational Excellence.-Provides the team with adequate training, coaching and mentoring in order to develop their conceptual selling skills, ensure development and proper career paths<strong>Cycle Count</strong>-Manages cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis-Maintains adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.-Checks and records production and expiry dates to ensure FEFO stock rotation is fully implemented <strong>Inbound</strong>-Ensures all incoming shipment received via WMS and to have one batch per palletPicking-Ensures all picking deadline and priority cut-off times are to ensure timely checking and delivery.-Ensures all waves are printed, distributed and picked to meet deadlines while maintaining FIFO concept.<strong>Reports</strong> -Prepares L&R accuracy and KPI report on weekly basis.<strong>TM Purpose</strong>-Acts as a role model by living Transmed Purpose on daily basis.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Academic Education & Professional Certifications </strong>-High School diploma-Technical Degree is a plus</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Operational & Managerial Experience</strong></p>\n<p>-2-3 years of experience in logistics</p>\n<p> </p>",
