Equipment Operator positions are looking for experienced operators for equipment such as dozer, mass X, haul trucks, track hoe and track loaders. These roles focus on site projects as well as underground utility projects, including water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer installations, in locations in Central PA.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in their respective roles and a strong understanding of site work and/ or underground utility installation, trenching regulations, and pipeline safety.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span><span>Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">EQUIPMENT OPERATOR</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operates equipment in compliance with Kinsley’s safety policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensures company equipment is maintained and in good running condition by greasing and checking fluids.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Demonstrates a working knowledge of all aspects of construction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">EXPERIENCED PIPELAYER </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Install new pipes for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains in prepared trenches. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure pipes are aligned properly and positioned on grade and on line. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist with backfilling and operate compaction equipment as needed. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Recognize and mitigate job site hazards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the crew.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">LABORER</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist in backfilling and running compaction equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Use various hand and power tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist with removal of fine grade stones along curb lines and sidewalks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Take and understand instructions from crew leaders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS </span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Knowledge of GPS systems is a plus but not required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to follow and enforce all correct safety procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Applicants with knowledge of underground utility installation, excavation regulations, and pipeline safety is preferred but not required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Minimum of 3 years’ experience is required for the equipment operator position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to work in a crew-based and fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Punctuality and dependability are required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods and sometimes in unfavorable weather conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and moving whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to work both independently and as a team player.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to work overtime.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
