Experience in floors (buffing, stripping, waxing, etc.) preferred.</p><p><strong>Specific Demands:</strong></p><p>1. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.</p><p>2. Ability to communicate proficiently with individuals of diverse backgrounds and economic levels.</p><p>3. An insured personal vehicle to travel to other clinics (etc.) when necessary.</p><p>4. Good driving record.</p><p>5. Able to meet on -call/stand-by requirements as needed.</p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><p>1. Significant amount of time spent standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching.</p><p>2. Exposed to inclement weather.</p>",
