    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>MAJOR FUNCTION:</p>\n<p>The Transfer Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting hospital capacity management and patient flow by coordinating and facilitating safe, efficient patient transfers within and between hospitals in the Inspira Health system.
