    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>SUMMARY OF ROLE</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">This position is responsible for inspecting, maintaining and improving the grounds of all CrossPointe owned properies.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Trim and fertilize lawns, shrubs, and trees regularly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintain the comprehensive care of the CrossPointe Waterfall Gardens</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Provide regular maintenance to all of our lawn care equipment and vehicles</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Assist in winter snow and ice removal from roads and walkways</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Apply pesticides and weed control as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Assist in the campus recycling program </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintain trash bins, lawns, walks and mulching areas</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Other duties and projects as assigned by team leader</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrates humility and a growth mindset with an attitude of servant-leadership; placing serving over being served and collaboration over individualization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">A commitment to The Foursquare “one-team” growth culture</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">At least 4 years of grounds keeping and maintenance experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear communicator</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Organized, self-starter with a positive attitude</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, create timelines and meet project deadlines; attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Adaptable and able to learn quickly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experienced with Office 365</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Must have the ability to sit for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity of fingers, hands and wrists; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the phone; have the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; physical agility to lift up to 25 pounds.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by those assigned to this position.
