    "requisitionDescription": "<div data-pasted=\"true\"><p><strong>POSITION PURPOSE:</strong></p><p>Primary responsibility is to provide service, repair, and upkeep on equipment and rolling stock.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Repair company equipment including shop equipment and rolling stock.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Make repairs on small hand tools, send tools for maintenance as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Repair minor building items as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Remove snow as per on-call schedule.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment; adhere to Pellet Technology&rsquo;s environmental compliance policy.&nbsp;</li><li>Use preventative maintenance database to create work orders and properly register completed work orders.&nbsp;</li><li>Report accidents and repairs as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to take on other responsibilities as assigned and needed to successfully contribute to the development of Pellet Technology USA as a company and growing entity.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for production of safe animal feed and adherence to internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Education/Certification:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>High school diploma required</p><p><strong>Required Knowledge&nbsp;</strong><strong>&amp; Experience:</strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>2-3 years performing industrial maintenance or mechanic work required.</li><li>Knowledge of carpentry, maintenance and safety required.</li><li>Knowledge of equipment mechanics and maintenance required. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Skills/Abilities:</strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Able to effectively maintain organization and take initiative with projects.</li><li>Ability to understand and follow safety procedures, including the safe and proper use of equipment and materials.</li><li>Basic Welding and fabrication skills. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION:</strong></p><p>Must possess current driver&rsquo;s license with no restrictions. &nbsp;Ability to sit for long periods of time. &nbsp;Able to view computer screen for lengths at a time. &nbsp;Must be able to speak and listen clearly. &nbsp;Fine visual acuity to read for accuracy.
