font-size: 10pt\">Duties include, but are not limited to.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Be a key driver of all existing automation projects that affect the reconciliations team as well as initiating new automation projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with the finance team on their automation projects as these will have benefits across both teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Reconcile general ledger accounts (cash, accounts payable/receivable, balance sheet accounts) to ensure accuracy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify and investigate discrepancies between internal records and external statements, and resolve them in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Analyze and verify transactions to ensure they are properly recorded and accounted for in the financial statements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reconciliations, including documentation of discrepancies and resolutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare reconciliation reports and other financial reports as required by management or other stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify opportunities to improve the reconciliation process and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with other teams, such as Accounting, Finance, and Operations, to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure that all reconciliations are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #38312f; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a reconciliation or accounting role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in  Excel, SAP, Oracle, and financial systems and processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prior experience in fintech, banking, Payments, or financial services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Advanced technical skills, including experience with SQL,  data analytics, and automation tools, are a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
