    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><i>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of <strong>Senior Vice President, Client Enablement</strong> to join our Client Services Group (Pershing). This role is located in<strong> Lake Mary, FL.</strong></i></p><p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p><ul><li>Drives and manages the success and client enablement of platforms and products across the enterprise, including enhancements, changes, transitions, and intermediate remediation plans.</li><li>Partner with our major clients and internal stakeholders to scope requirements which leverage our standard product and service offerings</li><li>Create delivery plans for client implementations of one or more products, services and platforms or complex remediation plans.</li><li>Manage and drive the implementation and set-up of products and services by coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain the project plan across critical milestones, dependencies, and risks across the delivery lifecycle, including identification, escalation, and remediation of impediments across internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Write and deliver effective communication strategies across internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.</li><li>Drive and manage implementation closure, including notification to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>May engage in activities related to sales support, including creation of RFPs.</li><li>Travel for client meetings and business purposes required, approximately 10% of the time.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.</li><li>8-10 years of total work experience preferred.</li><li>Proven experience managing complex business or technology transitions, preferably in financial services or related industries.</li><li>Familiarity with onboarding processes, data mapping, and system configuration/testing cycles.</li><li>Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, technology, compliance, and trading.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and internal collaboration.</li><li>Openness to travel, approximately 10%.</li><li>Series 99 or ability to obtain within 6 months.</li></ul>",
