Maintenance USW&rsquo;s are important team members at the facility. Team members are required to perform the following tasks:</p>\n<p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<p>Lakeside Neurologic is seeking a Maintenance Utility Service Worker who will be responsible for all maintenance and equipment. The position involves a combination of hands-on repairs and maintenance of the buildings throughout the facility.</p>\n<p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></p>\n<p>Serves as point of contact for all facility and equipment maintenance, defects and repair work.</p>\n<p>Performs scheduled maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, including Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.</p>\n<p>Performs minor facility renovation/remodeling</p>\n<p>Complies with all safety regulations as stated in the facilities safety program, and reports safety-related accidents, incidents, and unsafe work conditions.</p>\n<p>Attend safety-training programs as required.</p>\n<p>Must be available on an on-call basis and be available to work various shifts and assignments.</p>\n<p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Bring:</strong></p>\n<ul class=\"editor-ul tight\" data-tight=\"true\">\n<li>\n<p>Operates with integrity and exercises keen judgment and creativity in decision making.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Communicates effectively, precisely and persuasively both written and orally.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Establishes and maintains effective and productive working relationships with internal and external customers.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to utilize diagnostic tools and instruments to troubleshoot facility systems.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to read and understand facility system plans and specifications.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Minimum high school education or equivalent; able to work with a variety of people; able to read and write English. HVAC certification is desirable.</p>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What Qualifications Are Required:</strong></p>\n<p>Possess a Valid Driver's License</p>\n<p>High School Diploma or GED</p>\n<p>Skills required include basic electrical, HVAC/R, plumbing, painting, drywall, and carpentry, mechanical and preventive maintenance as required to complete the assigned work.
