    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are looking for mid/entirety level Carpenters to work with our crews building bridges, dams, boat ramps, roads, and boardwalks throughout the State of WI. Work week is Monday through Friday afternoon.  $100.00 per day per diem for locations over 30 miles from Janke General Office in Athens WI.,  Monday through Thursday. We offer Company paid heath insurance and life insurance . We also provide disability,  dental, vision insurance. Along with a 401K matching percentage.   Room for advancement.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience: 3 years</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Overview:</span></p>\n<p>The Carpenter is responsible for installing and repairing wood structures on the</p>\n<p>construction site. With this they will also be needed to build and set forming for concrete</p>\n<p>along the assisting in pouring said concrete.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Roles and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span>• </span>Install formwork according to the contract documents</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Collaborate with construction team to ensure proper construction sequencing</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Exhibit competency and eGiciency in the use of relevant carpentry tools</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Ensure that all carpentry work meets quality and safety standards</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Install scaGolding, temporary supports, and other safety measures to support</p>\n<p>construction processes.</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Perform repairs and maintenance on existing formwork as needed.</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are</p>\n<p>properly stored and maintained.</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Follow all safety protocols on the job site</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Communicate with site supervisors to ensure smooth site operation.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><span>• </span>Proven experience as a Carpenter in construction</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Proficient in the use of carpentry tools, including hand and power tools.</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Strong understanding of formwork construction, concrete processes, and carpentry</p>\n<p>techniques.</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Knowledge of carpentry related regulations and safety procedures</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a</p>\n<p>construction team.</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform carpentry work in various weather</p>\n<p>conditions.</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Valid driver’s license; additional certifications for specialized tools or equipment are</p>\n<p>a bonus.</p>\n<p><br></p>",
