You will get to directly implement product flows you design, and use the most cutting edge web technologies to push the limits of websites. Very uniquely at Flint, design is the product. It’s not just about designing our user’s interface. It’s also about designing the design systems the Flint sites rely on - creating a system that at once can reproduce frontends reliably but also one that AI agents can understand. It’s also about incorporating taste into the AI to produce beautiful websites for our customer’s users. Role scope: Designing the Flint product and its core workflows Building and maintaining the core frontend application using Next.js and Tailwind CSS Implementing design systems and component libraries in Flint website templates.
