These services help clients to identify triggers, manage risk factors, and set positive future goals to promote community safety and prevent future offense related behaviors.&nbsp;</span></span></span></p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in\"><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif\"><u>Position Summary:</u></span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">As part of the CTPSB Leadership Team, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of clinical treatment service delivery and fidelity, providing staff training and supervision and working in collaboration with other leadership staff to oversee operations. This position closely coordinates with Probation &amp; Parole as well as community providers, focusing on the specific needs of their assigned supervision offices.&nbsp;</span></span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:black\">The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an ability to communicate clearly and effectively, is highly motivated, organized, and committed to providing and sustaining a best-practices.
