          "text": "<p>The successful candidate will possess the following:</p><ul><li>A minimum of 8 years’ experience in database management</li><li>Proficiency across a wide range of database technologies, including:<ul><li>MS SQL</li><li>SQL Server</li><li>SQL Cluster Environments</li><li>Maria DB</li><li>MySQL</li><li>PostgreSQL</li><li>Oracle</li><li>MS Access</li></ul></li><li>Experience creating and managing standalone SQL databases</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues</li><li>Experience troubleshooting daily SQL Server, SQL Cluster, Oracle, and/or MS Access issues, including error triage</li><li>Experience troubleshooting application related issues (e.g., MS applications, Oracle applications, etc.) as they relate to database development, support, and management</li><li>Experience responding to requests for change (RFCs) for maintenance and/or enhancements</li><li>Experience assisting users in creating and building SQL and/or Oracle databases</li><li>Experience performing server maintenance, installing software patches, etc.</li><li>Experience establishing and enforcing database security policies, user access controls, and data encryption&#xa0;</li><li>Experience monitoring and optimizing database performance</li><li>Experience planning, implementing,&#xa0;and&#xa0;managing&#xa0;backup&#xa0;and&#xa0;recovery&#xa0;strategies&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to create and maintain database documentation (e.g., configurations, procedures, processes, policies, etc.)</li><li>Ability to work individually and as part of a team</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management and other stakeholders</li></ul>",
