font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Operation of CNC Lathe/Mill, navigation of machine control and preforming tool wear offset adjustments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Reading and understanding the traveler document.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Loading the material into the CNC machine in a correct and safe manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Managing the raw materials basket by making accurate measurements to verify the correct material size.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Performing machine inspection and basic maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of a CNC machine.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Recognizing broken tooling and inserts during operation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Utilization of tools and equipment including measuring tools, hand tools, power &amp; pneumatic tools, and operating a pallet jack.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Locating and identifying the correct inserts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Replacing inserts and tools using the proper technique.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintaining chip conveyors by identifying chip blockages and safely removing any that should incur.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identified burrs on part and safely removing them.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Finishing work pieces and performing quality control checks through reading technical drawings and blueprints and using key measuring tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Measuring in-process and final part against drawing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Correctly handling finished materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Performing routine housekeeping around the shop.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Adhering to health and safety protocols including always wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and personally acquiring them from available sources (i.e., vending machine).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Occasional photocopying, printing, and other job duties assigned as required.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Knowledge Skills and Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Working knowledge and previous experience with operating a CNC Lathe and Mill.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Possess mechanical and technical skills to effectively operate and troubleshoot a CNC machine independently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to read technical drawings and printings and utilize key measuring tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with utilizing various hand tools and understanding machine utilization capacity and tooling capabilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to navigate the control panel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and supervisors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Capable of moving heavy equipment, materials, and supplies up to 23 kg (50lbs).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
