    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 30px;\">Licensed Vocational Nurse</span></strong>&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The LVN supports client treatment and recovery by providing competent and compassionate nursing services, medication oversight, and appropriate records management. The LVN reports directly to the Executive Director. Frequent travel within 15 miles of the facility is required.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>&bull; Complete daily SOAP Note and ensure records are maintained in accordance with standards of facility and state regulations.</p><p>&bull; Observes clients, charting and reporting changes in clients&#39; conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment and taking any necessary action.</p><p>&bull; Observe clients self-administering prescribed medication and document appropriately.</p><p>&bull; Communication with IMS Physician and other outside physicians where outside referral may be indicated.</p><p>&bull; Work with physician and pharmacy to ensure medical/nursing/medication concerns are reported and problems resolved.</p><p>&bull; Input Doctor&#39;s Orders and Medication Protocols in EMR</p><p>&bull; Schedule clients appointments with the psychiatrist, Dietician, EMDR therapist, etc., send the zoom link to the 3rd party, and ensure the client is in the room ready for the appointment at the designated time.</p><p>&bull; Must be available on an as needed basis during non-standard business hours, due to the 24-hour residential facility requirements.</p><p>&bull; Provide training and supervision of clients to support non-clinical staff as it relates to detox and medication protocols.</p><p>&bull; Measures and records clients&#39; vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration</p><p>&bull; Perform inventory check and maintenance of nursing supplies and OTC medication supplies.</p><p>&bull; Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and CARF standards</p><p>&bull; Fully understand and maintain policies &amp; procedures regarding professional ethics, confidentiality, and healthy boundaries.</p><p>&bull; Fully understand our medication management policy and infection control protocol&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>&bull; Knowledge and experience with Medical Assisted Treatment (MAT) and/or Detox</p><p>&bull; Current CPR/First Aid Certification.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p><p>&bull; Current &amp; active Licensed Vocational Nurse certification</p><p>&bull; Current drivers&rsquo; license, current automobile insurance, and clean DMV report</p><p>&bull; Two-year minimum experience working in a mental health treatment setting</p><p>&bull; Experience with KIPU (EMR) is a plus&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Work Environment Characteristics:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
