We seek employees who bring different and innovative ways of seeing the world and solving problems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Performs a variety of tasks including but not limited to shipping, receiving, storing, issuing and delivering widely diversified or specialized supplies in accordance with current policies and procedures. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Please note that this is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position, working Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm at the South Lake Union location.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Processing incoming and outgoing items as necessary and within the guidelines of the department and the Clinic. </li>\n <li>On a daily basis covers various positions within Supply Chain team as business and staffing dictates - this includes, but is not limited to, manual and clerical duties, storeroom functions and shipping/receiving duties. </li>\n <li>Assists and trains new employees in areas operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.</li>\n <li>Pharmacy Assistant License (must be able to attain a Pharmacy Assistant License within 45 days of hire).</li>\n <li>Forklift and Pallet Jack Certification (must attain Forklift and Pallet Jack certification within 120 days of hire).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of computerized or automated systems operations.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of record keeping practices.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively communicate.</li>\n <li>Basic math skills and knowledge of units of measure.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of safety practice.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift heavy packages and objects > 50 lbs. using proper technique.</li>\n <li>Must be able to push/pull cart with 400 lbs. load.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One (1) year supply chain experience or other relevant experience preferred</li>\n <li>General knowledge of distribution and supply chain activities. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of and experience with operating manual and automatic devices such as hand trucks and forklifts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The hourly pay range for this position is from $21.30 to $30.13 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position, working Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm at the South Lake Union location.This position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship at this time.Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center offers employees a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance health, well-being, and financial security.
