We even offer pet insurance for your four-legged family members.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Early access to earned wages with Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement to help further your career and adoption assistance to help you grow your family.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p>With a collective goal to champion a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued and respected, we honor the ways people are unique and embrace what brings us together.   </p>\n<p>And, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience. </p>\n<p>Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality imaging standards </li>\n <li>Prepare patients for procedures, obtain patient history, and provide education to ensure a positive patient experience </li>\n <li>Interpret physician orders correctly and ensure exams are ordered, tracked, and charged in a timely manner </li>\n <li>Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while critiquing exams </li>\n <li>Ensure proper storage, transfer, and documentation of images and technical information </li>\n <li>Maintain equipment in proper working order and comply with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards </li>\n <li>Participate in on-call rotation responsibilities and collaborate effectively with patients, providers, and team members</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of a JRCERT-approved school for Radiologic Technology with extensive ultrasound training and experience demonstrating competency, OR </li>\n <li>Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasonography </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>License/Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>RDMS or ARRT certification in Abdomen and OB/GYN, or registry eligible </li>\n <li>If registry is eligible, must obtain RDMS or ARRT certification within 24 months of successfully passing Physics, Abdomen, and OB/GYN </li>\n <li>Current CPR certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>*Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
