    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>The Project Superintendent is responsible for managing assigned special projects and customers. This involves working with other superintendents or Tech Reps assigned to the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget as well as managing all sub-contractors.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage field crews and subcontractors with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget.</li>\n <li>Schedule and manage sub-contractors.</li>\n <li>Implement and understand project administration requirements.</li>\n <li>Create and update project schedules.</li>\n <li>Keep project on schedule and running efficiently.</li>\n <li>Ensure quality control management of project.</li>\n <li>Control and schedule all field inspections.</li>\n <li>Verify that project work complies with contract documents.</li>\n <li>Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.</li>\n <li>Generating reports on project status and ensuring owner satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Upholding high levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws, and Tremco Policy.</li>\n <li>Extensive travel is required. Willingness to travel 100% of area as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be computer literate and able to operate Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).&nbsp;</li>\n <li>10 years of experience in commercial/industrial built-up roofing systems and/or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single ply roofing systems, building constructions, and field fabrication of metal work.</li>\n <li>Maintain project records and interact with owners, subcontractors, and senior leadership.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position requires 10 years experience in commercial/industrial built-up roofing systems and/or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single ply roofing systems, Building construction, field fabrication of metal work.</li>\n</ul>",
