Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for fostering a fun environment.</li>\n <li>Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.</li>\n <li>Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.</li>\n <li>Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.</li>\n <li>Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to company policy and T.I.P.S training.</li>\n <li>Promote gaming events and promotions.</li>\n <li>Process cash and credit card transactions for guests while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Prepare and pour drinks with proper measured portions and ingredients according to recipe and in accordance with standard operating procedures.</li>\n <li>Slice fruit, as required.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, sanitized and stocked workstation and or section.</li>\n <li>Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.</li>\n <li>Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>Responsible for making servers drinks when rang in.</li>\n <li>Serve tables, clear tables, expedite food and running food.</li>\n <li>Side-work as directed by the Food and Beverage Supervisor or Manager.</li>\n <li>Will work special events, as needed.</li>\n <li>Other duties, as needed<strong>.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.</li>\n <li>Must understand drink mixology and recipes.</li>\n <li>Must enjoy hosting others.</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.</li>\n <li>Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.</li>\n <li>Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work as a team and have a guest-first attitude. </li>\n <li>Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work a at a very fast pace. </li>\n <li>Must be able to pass a background check.</li>\n <li>Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
