Employees must be available to return to the workplace within <strong>24 hours’ notice</strong>; therefore, remote work outside the province or country is not permitted.</span></p><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><strong>The Position</strong></span></p><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\">As Trillium and Clinical Systems and Informatics (CSI) continue to expand, the <strong>Epic Applications Analyst</strong> will play a key role in <strong>supporting, optimizing, and maintaining the Epic Health Information System (HIS).</strong> This highly motivated individual will apply their <strong>technical expertise&nbsp;</strong>to support clinical workflows and ensure Epic applications meet the needs of both clinical users and business partners.</span></p><p>This role reports to the Manager, CSI Applications and will work closely with other teams within the portfolio.</p><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Design, build, test, and implement Epic applications in alignment with hospital workflows.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Act as a subject matter expert (SME) with deep Epic knowledge and multiple Epic certifications across several modules, providing advanced guidance to both technical and clinical teams.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Analyze operational needs to configure Epic systems and inform workflow decisions by attending site visits, validation sessions, and other integrated sessions.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Assist in customizing, testing, and deploying new Epic features and updates.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that affect clinical users, workflows, and related application areas.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Continuously evaluate new features and releases to enhance system functionality and user experience.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Work directly with clinical teams and business partners to understand workflows and ensure the system aligns with operational requirements.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Collaborate with the training team to develop training content and tip sheets to support end-users.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Identify cross-application issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Attend regular team meetings to discuss deliverables, shared issues, and upcoming milestones.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Act as a secondary support contact for application end-users.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Participate in an on-call rotation and be available for extended hours as required.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Contribute to additional projects, initiatives, and tasks as required to support team and organizational priorities.</span></li></ul><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><strong>Required Certification</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><strong>Minimum</strong> <strong>of 1</strong> of the following Epic Certifications</span><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Optime</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Anesthesia or</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Radiant</span></li></ul></li></ul><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><strong>Note</strong>: Certifications as a Principal Trainer or Credentialed Trainer do not meet this qualification.</span></p><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><strong>Experience &amp;
