    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and concept design to hardware/software engineering, simulation, testing, and commissioning.</span></p>\n<p><span><u>Project Engineering:</u></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Analyze project inputs from customer meetings, site surveys, and technical documentation.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Design and develop generator excitation systems and synchronous motor excitation, including circuit drawings, BOMs, control logic, and system graphics.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Engineer protection and synchronizing systems for generators and transformers.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Supervise assembly, installation, and testing of excitation systems.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Lead system start-up, commissioning, and performance validation at customer sites.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Troubleshoot excitation system issues during operation and provide technical support for upgrades.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Implement control logic from SAMA diagrams and functional descriptions.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Configure and integrate communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, IEC 61850, DNP3).</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Draft and review system architecture, GA drawings, and network topologies.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Ensure compliance with IEEE, IEC, NEC, and regional grid codes.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Maintain ISO-compliant Quality &amp; HSE documentation.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Collaborate with hardware/software engineering teams and system integrators for timely, high-quality delivery.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Prepare site execution plans in coordination with project managers.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Lead site teams for excitation system power-up, redundancy checks, and I/O testing.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Perform loop checks, device checks, and panel charging.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Direct testing and fault diagnosis of excitation system devices (analog/binary).</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Diagnose faults in excitation systems, controllers, modules, and communication interfaces.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Modify logic, graphics, and databases as per customer/site requirements.</span></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><span>Provide customer-facing reports and coordinate with vendors during commissioning.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><u>Field Services:</u></span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Who You Are:&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>You should be able to assume responsibility for the outcomes of others</span><span>.&nbsp;</span><span>Promotes a sense of urgency and establishes and enforces individual accountability in the team.&nbsp;</span><span>You should be able to deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.
