font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU WILL DO</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Reporting to the Managers of Clinical Services, the Registered Nurse is a regulated member of The Newly Institute team, responsible for providing comprehensive client-centered care, trauma therapy, and addictions support for individuals struggling with complex mental health conditions. <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role is a key part of our dynamic clinical team and reflects our core values of communication, community, excellence, health, and innovation.</span></span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Comprehensive Client-Centered care</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Effective assessment of client status.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Prepare, and facilitate ketamine treatment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Monitor and support clients during psychopharmacological treatment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Support clients in crisis or dysregulation, such as managing panic attacks, or providing de-escalation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Facilitate psychoeducation groups (Based on ACT, Psychoeducation, DBT Skills, Mindfulness, Family Support, and Addictions Support).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Assist in grounding and reflection post psychopharmacological treatment.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Trauma Therapy and Addiction Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Complete client intakes and case management support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Support clients receiving substance abuse treatment with biological monitoring, relapse prevention planning, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Team Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Participate in weekly case consultations and complex case discussions with the interdisciplinary team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Work collaboratively with other therapists by sharing a client caseload.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Communicate with other clinicians on a regular basis about issues related to client care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Attend all clinical meetings, including but not limited to WorkSafe and other programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Engagement in professional consults and supervision.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Administration</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure same-day completion of session notes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Complete assessment, and discharge reports in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Provide reporting to third-parties and community referral sources.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Respond to enquires and provide program information to clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Ensure adequate stock of medications, medical supplies, and other general stocking duties.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Maintain, and upkeep medical equipment, including the corresponding documentation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Other responsibilities related to the role and scope of work may be assigned.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU BRING</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Education</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">A bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">BLS and or willingness to obtain is required. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">ACLS training is an asset.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in mental health assessment/triage and treatment is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience in addictions assessment and treatment, mental health group facilitation, ART, and/or care plan development is an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience mental health group facilitation an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Equivalencies of education may be considered.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Professional Registration, Practice Permits, Certificates, and Designations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB) registration and membership in good standing are required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Professional liability insurance is required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
