If you believe you have a good fit with our values and our drive to provide solutions to our customers, please apply today.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Summary: </strong>Repairs electric motors, pumps, gear boxes, generators, and related electro/mechanical devices and equipment by performing the following duties:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Uses mechanical aptitude for assembling, disassembling, and repair of electro-mechanical apparatus</li><li>Assemble, disassemble, and repair electro-mechanical apparatus</li><li>Diagnose failure modes and recommend repairs/corrections on electro-mechanical apparatus</li><li>No-load and load-test run electro-mechanical apparatus</li><li>Examine and inspect electrical connections, windings, coils, etc.</li><li>Clean parts via sandblasting, solvent cleaning, steam cleaning, hand polishing, with toolings, and/or other methods</li><li>Paint parts and whole assemblies of electro-mechanical apparatus</li><li>Install bearings and precision parts with care</li><li>Perform field service calls when requested to help diagnose, install, remove, modify, and/or align electro-mechanical apparatus</li><li>Balance rotating apparatus</li><li>Inspect and measure mechanical parts for wear</li><li>Follow test sheets, drawings, international standards, and other processes to ensure electro-mechanical tolerances are met or exceeded</li><li>Document all measurements and conditions on computer and handwriting during entire repair process</li><li>Coordinates job duties with supervisors to meet due dates</li><li>Various other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>DEM offers a competitive salary and benefits package:</strong></p><ul><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>STD</li><li>LTD</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>401(k) options</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Holidays</li></ul><p>Dreisilker is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>",
