Agile Space Industries is seeking a Facilities and Custodial Technician onsite in Durango, CO. You will be responsible for day-to-day cleaning, basic building maintenance, and general facilities support across Agile’s Durango locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a professional, organized, and safe environment for employees, customers, and visitors.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform preventative maintenance and light repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural assets to ensure optimal functionality across office and manufacturing areas</li><li>Perform routine custodial services including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash and recycling removal, and restroom cleaning</li><li>Clean and restock breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas</li><li>Maintain floors, carpets, and entryways using backpack vacuums, floor scrubbing machines and carpet extractors</li><li>Monitor and replenish custodial and facilities supplies</li><li>Assist with room setups for meetings and events</li><li>Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or building concerns to facilities or operations leadership.</li><li>Respond to and resolve facilities maintenance requests; record completed work in computerized maintenance management system</li><li>Coordinate with and escort outside vendors &amp; contractors performing specialized maintenance, upgrades and repairs</li><li>Support basic groundskeeping as needed including snow removal and keeping exterior areas tidy</li><li>Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly, in accordance with OSHA &amp; EPA guidelines using PPE as required</li><li>Assist Manufacturing and Operations as needed with equipment moves and upgrades</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in engineering and manufacturing environments</li></ul>",
