You’ll have the flexibility, support, and respect you deserve—while doing work that truly matters.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>What You Will Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>RN will administer skilled nursing for all ages in their place of residence.</span></li>\n<li><span>RN will conduct patient admissions.</span></li>\n<li><span>RN will conduct routine patient visits.</span></li>\n<li><span>RN will coordinate care within a hospice interdisciplinary team to assure patient/family needs are met.</span></li>\n<li><span>RN will communicate with attending physicians, hospice physicians, and other physicians involved in the patient's care.</span></li>\n<li><span>RN  demonstrates accountability, flexibility, respect, and integrity.</span></li>\n<li><span>RN must comply with applicable legal requirements, company standards, policies, and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span>RN will timely submit all required paperwork.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado. </span></li>\n<li><span>One (1) years experience as a RN Case Manager or similar role working for a hospice agency is required for consideration.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must have a current Oklahoma Driver's license and dependable transportation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p> </p>",
