    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>The Work</u></strong></p>\n<p>The XCOMM Ops Cyber Instructor Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced cyber operations training tailored to the unique demands of cross-communications operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position aligns with Cayuse’s core values of Innovation, Excellence, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Integrity by fostering technical solutions that meet customer needs, promoting teamwork, and prioritizing quality in deliverables.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, update, and maintain operational cyber training modules and materials, including lesson plans, practical exercises, and assessments, for XCOMM Ops trainees.</li>\n <li>Ensure technical accuracy, relevance to mission needs, and consistency with evolving client standards and frameworks.</li>\n <li>Develop training scenarios that simulate real-world incidents and threats to XCOMM operations.</li>\n <li>Deliver in-depth, hands-on training to diverse audiences, including military operators, cyber analysts, and support teams.</li>\n <li>Lead facilitation of classroom-based, virtual, or in-the-field training sessions, utilizing advanced instructional tools and methods.</li>\n <li>Support XCOMM Ops teams by providing mission-critical insight into communications systems vulnerabilities, security protocols, and cyber risk mitigation strategies.</li>\n <li>Conduct research on emerging cyber threats specific to XCOMM operations and integrate findings into the training program.</li>\n <li>Actively participate in operational exercises and evaluations to provide technical expertise.</li>\n <li>Develop assessment tools to evaluate trainee performance and proficiency.</li>\n <li>Identify areas for improvement in student outcomes and adapt instructional materials accordingly.</li>\n <li>Prepare after-action reports, lessons learned, and recommendations for incorporation into future training iterations.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with technical writers, SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), and policy advisors to ensure training alignment with operational objectives.</li>\n <li>Interface with program managers and client stakeholders to ensure training objectives and deliverables are met on schedule.</li>\n <li>Assist with training solutions proposal development for contracts when required.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications – Here’s What You Need</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The qualifications and skills listed below are intended to provide a general overview of the requirements for this position. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities as outlined by the client.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>XCOMM Ops Cyber Instructor Developer</strong> <strong>Journeyman: </strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Associate’s degree (STEM field) or approved equivalent experience.</li>\n   <li>Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.</li>\n   <li>IAT level II certification required.</li>\n   <li>3 years’ cyber-related duties / experience / roles.
