This role requires excellent customer service skills and close collaboration with clinical staff and other departments to meet patient needs. The Scheduler plays a key role in building trust and rapport with patients and potential clients.</p>\r\n\r\n<hr />\r\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.</li>\r\n\t<li>Manage and redirect calls for optimal outcomes.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain provider schedules in alignment with scheduling guidelines.</li>\r\n\t<li>Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide accurate information to callers per clinic policies.</li>\r\n\t<li>Relay patient messages to clinical staff as needed.</li>\r\n\t<li>Make outbound calls to reschedule missed appointments and engage new patients.</li>\r\n\t<li>Collaborate with departments to increase patient count and productivity.</li>\r\n\t<li>Meet assigned call metrics and complete reports.</li>\r\n\t<li>Participate in meetings, projects, and other tasks as assigned.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>&nbsp;</h3>\r\n",
