This role ensures compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations while promoting a strong culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Quality Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and improve the Quality Management System</li>\n <li>Support internal and external audits, including documentation preparation and corrective action follow-up</li>\n <li>Monitor product and process quality metrics, identify trends, and assist in root-cause analysis</li>\n <li>Coordinate nonconformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Assist with supplier quality evaluations and customer quality requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Environmental Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability goals</li>\n <li>Maintain environmental documentation, permits, and reporting requirements</li>\n <li>Assist with waste management, recycling programs, and pollution prevention initiatives</li>\n <li>Participate in environmental risk assessments and improvement projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Health & Safety</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Help implement and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Management System</li>\n <li>Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations</li>\n <li>Track and report safety metrics, near-misses, and corrective actions</li>\n <li>Coordinate safety training, toolbox talks, and employee awareness programs</li>\n <li>Support emergency response planning and drills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Documentation & Reporting</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain accurate and organized QEHS records, logs, and compliance documentation</li>\n <li>Prepare reports for management review meetings and regulatory submissions</li>\n <li>Ensure controlled documents are updated, distributed, and archived properly</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Training & Communication</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in delivering QEHS training to employees and contractors</li>\n <li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safe work practices</li>\n <li>Communicate QEHS expectations, policies, and updates across the organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in QEHS, compliance, manufacturing, or related fields</li>\n <li>Experience with Quality Management Systems and Regulatory Compliance</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and documentation skills</li>\n <li>Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Problem-solving and analytical thinking</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li>\n <li>Continuous improvement mindset</li>\n <li>Ability to influence and promote safe behaviors</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certifications such as OSHA 30, SQF, HACCP, Internal Auditor, or similar</li>\n <li>Experience in manufacturing</li>\n <li>Familiarity with root-cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, Human Performance)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#INDQSR</p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
