    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Persons employed as a Facilities Maintenance Technician is expected to:</p>\n<p>Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, collecting trash, etc.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.</li>\n <li>Maintain and inspect electrical circuitry</li>\n <li>Install appliances and equipment</li>\n <li>Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs</li>\n <li>Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)</li>\n <li>Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)</li>\n <li>Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations</li>\n <li>Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues</li>\n <li>Install and/or repair heating and refrigeration units.</li>\n <li>Paint interior and exterior surfaces.</li>\n <li>Perform custodial duties as necessary.</li>\n <li>Assist in preparing job estimates as required.</li>\n <li>Follow safety policies and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship on the operation of our business, we will endeavor to make a reasonable accommodation to the known limitations of a Team Member due to pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions or of a qualified applicant with a disability.
