    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) designs, develops, and delivers high-quality learning solutions that support employee performance, regulatory compliance, and organizational priorities. This role combines instructional design, LMS administration, and facilitation to create engaging, accessible, and audit-ready learning experiences across the Bank.  This role is required to work in the Westborough Operations Center a minimum of 3 days per week.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Instructional Design & Content Development:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and develop eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led, and blended learning programs using established instructional design methodologies</li>\n <li>Create high-quality learning assets, including facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, assessments, and evaluation tools</li>\n <li>Develop interactive, learner-centered content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, and Camtasia</li>\n <li>Ensure all learning materials are accurate, consistent, accessible, and aligned with adult learning principles, organizational goals, and regulatory requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as primary administrator for the Learning Management System, including course setup, enrollment rules, reporting, troubleshooting, and annual curriculum maintenance</li>\n <li>Partner with Compliance and subject matter experts to ensure assigned training content is appropriate for target audiences and regulatory expectations</li>\n <li>Manage LMS vendors, including monitoring course updates, coordinating enhancements, and requesting statements of work as needed</li>\n <li>Upload, test, and maintain eLearning content to ensure a seamless learner experience</li>\n <li>Generate participation, completion, and audit reports for managers, Compliance, and regulators as required</li>\n <li>Provide learner and trainer technical support related to LMS access and functionality</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Measure learning effectiveness through surveys, feedback, completion data, and performance indicators</li>\n <li>Continuously refine learning content, delivery methods, and LMS processes based on data, learner feedback, and evolving business needs</li>\n <li>Stay current on emerging learning technologies, instructional design trends, and facilitation best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Facilitation & Training Delivery:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for diverse employee audiences</li>\n <li>Adapt facilitation techniques to meet varying learning styles and experience levels</li>\n <li>Coach managers and subject matter experts to support effective training delivery and knowledge transfer</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p>Education</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related is required</li>\n <li>Master's Degree is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Work Experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, facilitation, and LMS administration is required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>• Demonstrated experience developing original learning content</li>\n <li>• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and blended learning approaches</li>\n <li>• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems</li>\n <li>• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly in regulated environments</li>\n <li>• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills</li>\n <li>• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently</li>\n <li>• Experience in a financial institution or similarly regulated industry strongly preferred</li>\n <li>• Professional certifications (e.g., DiSC, EQ, MBTI, or similar assessments) preferred</li>\n <li>• Commitment to obtaining an Instructional Design and/or Facilitation certification within two years of hire</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Expected Pay Range</h2>The expected annual pay range for this role is $55,243 to $91,158. This pay range is the annual salary we in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting.
