    "description": "<p>Employees in this position are responsible for the safe installation of new and replacement concrete, asphalt, and landscape restoration.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<p>MUST HAVE CONCRETE FORMING AND FINISHING EXPERIENCE</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>a. Valid drivers license. Note: Driving record must be satisfactory to insurance company prior to being permitted to operate a company vehicle.</p>\n<p>b. Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and willingness to submit to random drug &amp; alcohol testing.</p>\n<p>c. Ability to perform manual and skilled labor safely and correctly.</p>\n<p>d. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds.</p>\n<p>e. Willingness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.</p>\n<p>f. Ability to remain alert to hazards and react appropriately if needed.</p>\n<p>g. Ability to be prompt and dependable.</p>\n<p>h. Ability to represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.</p>\n<p>i. MUST HAVE the ability to form and finish concrete or learn in a timely manor.</p>\n<p>j. Ability to safely operate all power tools associated with the job.</p>\n<p>k. Be able to proficiently learn to operate excavation and backfill equipment.</p>\n<p>l. Valid DOT physical card must be obtained to drive company DOT vehicles. Note: expense for physical card will be reimbursed by company by providing a receipt and copy of the medical card for file.
