Under the guidance of the Area Service Manager (ASM), the technician will handle routine service, warranty work, and emergency repairs, ensuring systems meet industry standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-focused approach. $35.00/Hr.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides the highest level of customer service, technical ability, and quality to our customers</li>\n <li>Installs, maintains, and repairs most standard refrigeration units for commercial customers such as reach-in coolers and freezers, beverage dispensers, walk-in coolers and freezers and rack units</li>\n <li>Diagnoses and repairs electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of the commercial refrigeration systems</li>\n <li>Travels to job sites in assigned service area and works with assigned Dispatcher(s) to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers</li>\n <li>Available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to address emergency service needs for customer</li>\n <li>Maintains good working order of company vehicle, including cleaning and organizing, and washing vehicle a minimum of once per week</li>\n <li>Maintains proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment upon arrival, including make, model, serial number, type of fuel, and pictures as necessary</li>\n <li>Document details of services and parts provided to customers electronically through company-provided cell phone and/or iPad applications</li>\n <li>Diagnoses a variety of service issues, obtains necessary replacement parts, calibrates systems according to manufacturer specifications, and clearly communicates the issue(s) and recommended solutions to the client</li>\n <li>Participates in company-provided training opportunities and adheres to all safety policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Identifies and reports potential opportunities for additional business to management</li>\n <li>Follow all environmental regulations, including the handling and disposal of refrigerants, in accordance with EPA guidelines</li>\n <li>Other related duties as assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems</li>\n <li>Proficient in reading schematics, work plans, and using diagnostic tools, refrigerant recovery equipment, and specialized instruments</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Advanced understanding of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration principles</li>\n <li>Able to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n <li>Highly dependable and consistent in delivering quality work</li>\n <li>Enthusiastic, with strong integrity, craftsmanship, and a positive attitude</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills for communication and documentation using iPads and/or cell phones</li>\n <li>Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required</li>\n <li>Ability to travel to assigned client sites</li>\n <li>Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service consistently</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Specific Industry Certification/License </li>\n <li>EPA Certification </li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>2+ Years of recent Refrigeration Technician field experience required</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Continuously
