Description

OVERVIEW : Work with distributors sales teams with the overall objective of growing sales revenue and volume in applicable accounts. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly work with distributor reps to build volume and revenue in immediate consumption accounts throughout the region. Conduct regular store visits to ensure high level of in-outlet execution. Manage pricing to ensure that region guidelines are being followed. Communicate and follow up on programs and procedures designed to meet sales goals. Customer management to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Utilize sales reporting software and MS Office software to update team and identify opportunities, trends, and performance. Gain knowledge of competitor positions in order to help define and/or adapt strategies. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; attending trade shows.
