    "requisitionDescription": "<p>Position Title: Inventory Clerk&nbsp;</p><p>Department: Warehouse&nbsp;</p><p>Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor</p><p>&nbsp;FLSA: Non-Exempt</p><p>Five Primary Responsibilities ▪ Coordinate and/or conduct daily cycle counts and document results ▪ Research and resolve any inventory discrepancies ▪ Maintain FIFO and QC integrity ▪ Data Entry of Shipping/Receiving, Quality Control, storage, release of sales orders and transfer documents ▪ Process returned goods and QC requests</p><p><br></p><p>Key Activities&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Perform daily cycle counts, document findings&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Perform daily FIFO rotation and email results daily</p><p>&nbsp;▪ Research and resolve any inventory discrepancies as well as root cause analysis&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Collect and maintain all documents relating to Quality Control&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Performs daily task of receiving process and confirm ship of orders using WMS&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Controls PECO pallet entries daily for all Routes and Dist orders&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Inventories PECO pallets once a week ▪ Perform end of day closing in of receivers, PO&rsquo;S in D365&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Process UPS/FedEx shipments ▪ Assist Checker as backup must be able to execute basic checking activities (see checker job position)&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Responsible for complying with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) polices/procedures and requirements for position.&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Assist in checking all transfers going to production and to Creamery, to assure inventory accuracy.&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Follow GMP&rsquo;s, sanitation procedures, and quality procedures as set forth by QA and/or supervisors.</p><p>▪ Take care of return location making sure area is maintained clean along with investigation location&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Verify QC return area and notify QC of any product that is being returned to production site&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;Skills Required</p><p>▪ Oral and Written Communication&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Self starter with the ability to work independently&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Flexible and a quick learner</p><p>&nbsp;▪ Computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, GP, WMS, and RF&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Attention to detail ▪ Analytical and problem solving&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Bilingual (Spanish/English) Necessary Experience&nbsp;</p><p>▪ High School diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Cycle count and inventory control&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Previous experience in a Food Grade warehouse&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Previous experience in a shipping/receiving environment&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Previous experience in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</p><p>▪ Previous experience in the use of material handling equipment, e.g., Sit down forklift, pallet jack, etc.&nbsp;</p>\n<br/>Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM ",
