    "description": "<p>The Project Executive is a senior-level role responsible for providing people leadership to the project management team along with oversight of assigned project(s) from a strategic and operational perspective. This role serves as the main liaison between owner/client, company leadership, and project teams. To be successful, the incumbent must be able and willing to cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with owners/clients, subcontractors, design partners, company leadership, other key stakeholders, and internal teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What You'll Do</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide, develop, and support Project Managers, Coordinators and Interns to promote continuous improvement, career progression, and alignment with company goals.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the Safety &amp; Risk team to ensure safe working conditions and the consistent application of safety practices across all projects.</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Work closely with internal teams—including Field Operations, Accounting, and Project Management—to resolve project and cost-related issues in a timely and effective manner.</li>\n<li>Manage overall project performance including cost, schedule, and quality for assigned projects.</li>\n<li>Participate in monthly job reviews and maintain regular communication with the senior leadership team.</li>\n<li>Establish, implement, and enforce project management processes, standards, and tools to drive consistency and quality across projects.</li>\n<li>Oversee the financial health of projects including profitability, cash flow, and cost-to-complete forecasting.</li>\n<li>Review budgets and changes; monitor and evaluate performance against financial targets.</li>\n<li>Contribute to business development, estimating, preconstruction, and field operations efforts, as needed.</li>\n<li>Fully manage and understand the scope of work and all associated contract documents.</li>\n<li>Lead and participate in the close-out process; ensure timely preparation and evaluation of final documents including RFIs, warranties, as-builts, for compliance with contract requirements.</li>\n<li>Foster team camaraderie and provide mentorship to Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.</li>\n<li>Champion and support the company’s internship and apprentice programs to build future talent.</li>\n<li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>What We're Looking For</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n<li>10+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 certified within 12 months of employment is required.</li>\n<li>Advanced to expert level Procore experience.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to successfully manage large-scale construction projects.</li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop others and get results through others.</li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen and problem-solving ability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Positively promote Immel’s culture and show commitment to Immel’s core values of craftmanship, safety, transparency, integrity, community and reliability.</li>\n<li>High business acumen and client-facing presence.</li>\n<li>Advanced analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Effective and professional communication and negotiation skills.</li>\n<li>Works independently and exercises sound judgment when making decisions.</li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Works well in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Immel</span><br></p>\n<p>At Immel, you’re not just an employee—you’re an Employee-Owner.
