Every day is different. Y<b>ou</b> truly make a difference in the lives of our clients every single day.<br><br><b>We</b> offer flexibility and part-time work with no required or guaranteed hours. Perfect for parents with school-aged kids, retirees, and for anyone with a busy schedule. <br><br><b>You</b> adapt to new situations, effectively problem solve, work independently with minimal supervision, and work productively in a team environment.<br><strong>                                                                                                                                                                            What you will do:   </strong>                                                                                                                                                     Work on a team to downsize and/or relocate clients and support on-line estate sale auctions through our CTBids.com auction platform.</p><ul><li><ul><li>Organize, pack, unpack, and resettle clients in their homes and in senior living communities.</li><li>Sort items for recycling, donation, disposal and cleanout.</li><li>Use hand-held devices to create, photograph, and describe items for on-line auctions</li><li>Sort, organize, research, label and handle items for resale.</li><li>Assist buyers during on-site pickup and sales.                                                                                                                                      </li></ul></li><li>Stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, hang items at or above 4 feet, pack/unpack and label boxes, climb stairs. Carry supplies, items, and moving boxes to/from vehicles, within a home or outbuilding.</li><li>Note that <b>we are not movers</b>!  We use professional movers for furniture and items over 25 pounds.</li><li>Follow best practices, health and safety requirements and company guidelines.</li></ul><b>Qualifications & Skills:</b><ul><li>Compassion and respect for clients and their families</li><li>Strong verbal communication skills and English fluency</li><li>Ability to complete tasks and work in fast paced, changing environments</li><li>Willingness to work in cluttered and/or dirty environments. We provide gloves, aprons, etc.</li><li>Excellent prioritization and organizational skills</li><li>Punctual and attentive to detail</li><li>Have transportation, and a smart phone for scheduling, time keeping, photography and project management</li><li>Experience with estate sales, online selling platforms, and photography preferred, but not required</li><li>Age 18 years or older with valid driver’s license</li><li>Must undergo pre-employment background check</li></ul><strong>Each location is independently owned and operated.
