From the front counter to tailored solutions, you'll be at the heart of our success.</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>1.  Customer Service & Sales Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers before, during, and after sales.</li>\n <li>Provide knowledgeable product support and resolve issues efficiently.</li>\n <li>Assist walk-in customers and handle inquiries or complaints promptly.</li>\n <li>Drive profitable sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>2. Order Management & Communication</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems accurately.</li>\n <li>Respond to orders and quote requests via multiple channels (phone, email, fax, etc.)</li>\n <li>Collaborate with outside sales reps and internal teams to fulfill customer needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>3. Inventory & Showroom Operations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain stock levels, organize the showroom, and support physical inventories.</li>\n <li>Schedule and coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and shipping logistics.</li>\n <li>Negotiate freight rates and manage inventory movement efficiently.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>4. Cash Handling & System Use</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate and balance the cash register and drawer daily using proper procedures</li>\n <li>Utilize management software for billing, reporting, and project tracking.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>5. Product & Project Knowledge</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain up-to-date product expertise.</li>\n <li>Manage documentation and order details for large or complex projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>6. Logistics & Operations Coordination</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate deliveries with Operations staff.</li>\n <li>Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products. Obtain information on pricing specifications, uses and availability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>7. Safety</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety protocols and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements to maintain a safe working environment.</li>\n <li>Use proper lifting techniques.</li>\n <li>Adheres to all driving regulations based on state and/or jurisdiction policies such as wearing a seatbelt.</li>\n <li>Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes and clothing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>8. Trainings</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must attend all required meetings in relation to sales and all company required training programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>9. Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping and manipulation.</li>\n <li>Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying approximately 50 lbs. utilizing proper lifting procedures.</li>\n <li>Occasional driving or sitting in a truck, forklift or other similar equipment.</li>\n <li>Additional physical requirements may be needed as duties are assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>10. Miscellaneous</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support our values in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>2+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred)</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner</li>\n <li>Ability to focus on different tasks and use time efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Windows operating systems</li>\n <li>Warehouse work which includes forklift experience/training.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Reports To</u></strong></p>\n<p>Branch Manager</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation </u></strong></p>\n<p>The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
