Travel</span></p>\n<p>Ace Electric provides a structured 90-day onboarding and leadership training program that includes travel to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jackson, TN</li>\n<li>Jackson, MS</li>\n<li>Columbus, OH</li>\n<li>Valdosta, GA</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Following training, the role will primarily operate from the Kennesaw/Atlanta division office.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Field Operations Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and support electrical construction field operations across multiple job sites</li>\n<li>Ensure projects maintain safety, quality, schedule, and productivity goals</li>\n<li>Coordinate workforce planning and staffing needs</li>\n<li>Support project teams with operational resources and problem-solving</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Project Coordination &amp; Performance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor project timelines, manpower, cost performance, and operational efficiency</li>\n<li>Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to improve execution</li>\n<li>Provide operational insight and reporting to division leadership</li>\n<li>Help drive process improvements and operational consistency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Team Leadership &amp;
