Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they&rsquo;ve made the right choice to stay with us.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate Will Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of two years of experience Serving or as a Barista.</li><li>Experience delivering exceptional customer service to both guests and team members.</li><li>A genuine interest in hospitality; a desire to make others feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for</li><li>A collaborative spirit and enjoyment of teamwork</li><li>Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards is an advantage</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;As a Server, Your Responsibilities Will Include:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Greeting every guest with a smile and positive attitude.</li><li>Prepare and present items, organize and maintain a clean service area, clean tables and area, and follow all health codes.</li><li>Ensure that all guests are dealt with in a professional, consistent manner.
