Our exceptional quality is driven by a deep investment in and the daily practice of continually improving our people, processes, and products.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Opportunity:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>As a Quality Engineer I, you will provide support to operational and development programs to enable and deliver zero defect projects utilizing engineering and problem-solving skills. This role also supports the development and implementation of quality processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. As Quality Engineer I you will also assist with inspections, testing, non-conformance management, and documentation.</p><p><strong>Location: Cleveland, OH, onsite</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support writing procedure, collecting and analyzing data.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support in implementing and maintaining the quality management system. (AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize Quality Engineering tools like PFMEA, Measurement System Analysis, and Control Plans to monitor and improve internal processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with cross-functional teams to identify the root causes of quality issues and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in evaluating supplier performance and quality, supporting supplier audits, and assisting with the development of quality improvement plans.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen, LEAN, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system and customer requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><p></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, Material Science or Metallurgy</li></ul><p></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
